Z Gallerie is excited to welcome you to our Designer Trade Program (DTP). We offer a generous discount program, exclusive previews and trade customer events. Our assortment of furniture, fabrics and accessories will help you create environments that appeal to your clients' individual tastes and budgets.
Discount tiers refer to cumulative purchases made during a twelve (12) month period. All online and store purchases associated with member trade number will be combined and reviewed annually. Once a tier amount is reached, new discount rate goes into effect for 12 months. Discounts are applied to TRADE sales only with Valid Registration, Credentials (on file), and a valid ID presented at time of purchase. Discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. The discount is not valid on sale items, outlet merchandise, previously placed orders or gift card purchases. Services, shipping costs, taxes and other fees are not eligible for the discount. Sales tax will be charged. Please contact your local store or our trade department directly at 1.800.908.6748 for personal attention with purchases.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. A restocking fee may be applied for merchandise returned without all original packaging. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Please review our Returns / Exchange, and Furniture Policy for stock or custom-order.
Z Gallerie reserves the right to change or cancel the Designer Trade Program or a customer's membership with or without notice.
Z Gallerie Tax Policy
Since we do business in the following states, AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MO, NC, NV, OH, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA and WA, we are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the order, regardless if the sale was made in a Z Gallerie retail store, by phone order or via the zgallerie.com web site. This includes Trade purchases. No tax will be due for order shipped to states where Z Gallerie does not have a business nexus; store location, office, warehouse etc. It is the purchasers responsibility to file for tax refund with the appropriate government agencies.
